Get away from it all on 21 acres of riverfront property surrounded by forest, water, and mountains! This home has been a popular place for many weddings and gatherings and has something to offer the whole family. Complete with a deck, grill, gourmet kitchen, fishing, pool table, and guest house, what more could you and your family need?
The culinary artist in your group will fall in love with the emerald, industrial-sized oven and stove and matching fridge in the tiled, L-shaped kitchen. Nearby, others can play pool or enjoy a relaxing show on TV or visit out on the deck while taking in the sights and sounds of the mountains and river. The main house offers two jetted tubs and walk-in showers, a large deck with a gas grill, and plenty of beds to go around! Three king-size beds, two sets of double and twin bunks, and one queen sleeper sofa are shared between two bedrooms and a loft.
Those staying in the guest house may also enjoy the mountain air on the balcony deck while grilling up their catch. The guest house is complete with its own full kitchen, gas fireplace, garage, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. Find a large bedroom with a double bed and two sets of twin bunks for sleeping arrangements. What are you waiting for? Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
