The Space:
Our 1 bedroom apartment is furnished with a queen bed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. There's free WiFi! Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own log in and enjoy!
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.
Check out the city from the oversized windows, and enjoy the high ceiling and open layout. Exposed brick, beams, and pipes can be seen throughout the space, giving it an urban feel. A communal laundry room is available in the building. This suite has a unique layout where there are partial walls separating the rooms and the bedroom does not have a door. Garage parking is available with two parking validation tickets provided per stay.
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
Located amidst the modern urban landscape of downtown Cincinnati, the Lytle Park Historic District presents a unique intersection of past and present. Your suite is centrally located and you're only a short walk from the city's best spots, such as Fountain Square, the Backstage District, Over-The-Rhine, the Banks, and multiple dining options. Several performing arts theatres, art museums, and Lytle Park are all within a half mile from your suite. If you want to relax in your suite or venture into the city, you're in the perfect location to do so!
Getting Around:
Getting around Cincinnati is a breeze with the many means of transportation. The Cincinnati Bell Connector is the modern streetcar system that connects The Banks to the neighboring Over-The-Rhine. The Metro bus system is Southwest Ohio’s fixed bus service providing rides throughout Cincinnati. Looking to explore the city on foot? Cincy Red Bike, the popular bike-share program, offers over 50 stations throughout the city. Due to the popularity of the area, Uber and Lyft are also easily accessible.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
