Offering the best views on the block, your huge double level back deck overlooks the canal and will provide an opportunity to catch the occasional school of dolphins swimming through.
A coastal-themed living room with easy-flowing access to the kitchen and dining areas provides guests with lots of space to lounge around after a day of fishing. There are two reclining couches, a reclining chair and sofa sleeper for movie nights with the family under the 60 inch SmartTV.
Details matter when it comes to this kitchen! This home is stocked with all the supplies you will need to cook up a gourmet meal. A large fridge, coffee bar with standard coffee maker and Keurig, an island with cabinets full of pots and pans, and a large pantry to store anything you need to bring along are all included.
The bar on the island seats up to 4 guests, and the formal dining table will seat up to 6. The owners have also provided additional seating for groups to 14.
The home will sleep up to 14 guests.
The downstairs, primary bedroom has a king bed, a 40 inch wall-mounted TV, and a large closet.
The other 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom includes a queen bed, and down the hall you will find another bedroom with another queen and trundle bed. Walk around the corner and gaze upon the large family suite- complete with 2 twin bunk beds, a queen sized bed, and an additional twin bed. This room is sure to please kids of all ages- books, a SmartTV, and several toys, books and games are available for guest use. The last and final bedroom is perfect for a group of 3 and includes and queen bed and a twin bed. The upstairs bathroom is complete with tub and shower and is shared.
Parking for up to 7 vehicles, complimentary Wi-Fi and local channels, Smart TV's in the primary bedroom and upstairs family suite.
