It is a corner lot house three blocks from the beach within 5 to 7 minutes walking distance, seven blocks from Galveston's Historic Pleasure Pier and 8 blocks from The Strand.
This historic Galveston home was completely renovated in 2017 and updated to a modern style in July 2018 without losing the historic look.

It's a beautiful house with very good bones! She's weathered the Great Storm of 1900, Ike and Harvey, and now stands ready to welcome you to enjoy the quiet and casual elegance. The outside looks historic, while inside has the comforts and conveniences of modern life abound!

The front door of Casual Elegance by the Beach is on the second floor with a seating area overlooking the intersection of Avenue M 1/2 and 18th Streets.
The house has 3 bedrooms, master bedroom has 1 king size bed, including a size Jacuzzi tub bath and shower fully equipped. Second bedroom has a full and a twin size beds, a sofa bed, and a washer and dryer hidden in the closet. The 3rd bedroom is called The Tree House, is mainly for kids with 2 Twin beds, and a sitting area. A fun place where adults are also welcome as well.
The main restroom is located on the hallway as you entrance the house, passing the bedrooms and followed by the kitchen. It has a modern glass shower and it is also fully equipped.
The big beautiful kitchen it's also fully equipped to cook with stainless steel appliances. A microwave, electric range with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, pots and plates, bowls, mugs, glasses (glass and plastic), utensils, cooking wares, storage containers and a french door fridge/freezer with ice and water through the door.
The living area has a large size sofa, the coffee table and 2 lamp tables including 2 Crystal lamps, 2 large comfortable chairs, an office desk for your business, office work ,or personal use, a 45" 4K TV with X1 Xfinity Cable, Netflix, many other TV apps, 2 walls with 4 large windows which come with blinds and full drapes shears so you can choose to let the sun shine in or you can hide from the light!
And the best for last, a fully furnished balcony, looking over the streets and city of this beautiful island.
