The Space:
Our one-bedroom apartment is furnished with everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Milwaukee! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi! A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment for your convenience.
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy!
A note about dogs ($75 fee, only dogs are allowed): We welcome your furry friend to join you during your stay, as long as the following rules are followed. Failure to abide by these will result in additional fees and possible eviction without refund:
Breed Restrictions: No Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, or German Shepherds or mixes of these breeds.
Weight Restriction: No dogs over 50 lbs.
Age Restriction: Minimum 6 months old.
Other Restrictions: Must be on leash at all times, no exceptions. If left alone in the apartment, must be in a kennel/cage at all times.

Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
Within walking distance from the lakefront, art museum, Veteran's Park, Summerfest, Milwaukee Public Market, Third Ward, East Town & West Town neighborhoods.
Getting Around:
Public transit is easy given the popular location. Uber is very active here, major bus routes pass the building, rental bikes are also nearby. Most tourist destinations for physically able travelers are within walking distance. The City of Milwaukee requires you to call in your car, or register it on the city website Sun-Fri nights to park overnight on the street. This is free, but will need to be done in order to avoid a ticket. In addition, please pay attention to parking signs and metered parking spots. Details for this are located in our welcome packet inside of the apt.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
