Guests are welcome to enjoy the backyard (backyard can be used by either top or bottom unit) and the basement exclusively. The upper house, carport, and driveway are not accessible.
Basement Studio Access: Follow the gravel path along the black fence. At the gate, insert your finger into the hole in the gate door, lift the lever, and open the gate. Continue straight towards the rear fence, then turn left. You will find a set of stairs on your left; the access door is located at the bottom of these stairs. Access code will be provided on the day of check in.
Check-in: 4 pm.
Check-out: 11 am.
Please note our home is from the 1940s. You could potentially hear steps from the upstairs unit.
