This property is only 20 minutes from the airport and located in the heart of downtown. The historic 1900s building was initially part of the land that housed President James K. Polk’s mansions. Today, turn-of-the-century details like stained glass and an eclectic old-fashioned elevator give this building its unique style.
Our condo is furnished with details like chic exposed brick and it has been smartly decorated with your comfort in mind making you feel right at home. You can watch your favorite programs on a 65" TV in the living area with 2 queen sleeper sofas. Or, privately in the master bedroom on a 14" memory foam mattress watching a 40" TV with blackout curtains.

We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum of 4 registered guests' occupancy and impose a charge of $100 per person per night for each unregistered guest in addition to all fines by the condo's HOA.

Quiet hours are from 9:00pm to 8:00am. This is a residential building. Please respect others that are in the building.
