The home is was built 3 years ago and is used for family gatherings. There are Marinas for boat and water craft rentals close making it convenient if you want to enjoy the lake but do not own a boat or jet ski. There is a community ramp next the house that is convientent if the water in the lake is high enough (check with the owner). Just a few miles down the road you will find an assortment of places to eat and shopping. Austin is a short drive with plenty of activites and nightlife. The best thing about this property is the peace and quiet, the lake access, the big beautiful trees and the easy access to lake an city life. Lots of do if you are tired of relaxing.
