If you're looking for more urban delights, central Austin awaits a little over 30 miles away.
But first, coffee - wake up each morning with a quiet cup and sunrise over the river from the comfortably furnished balcony, just above the pool. Dip into the sparkling water for a few laps before the day gets going, then head inside to make some breakfast when you get hungry. The wide-open floor plan combines the full, well-equipped kitchen with the window-front dining area and comfortable living room, making the space ideal for spending time with family and friends. Don your chef's hat and take advantage of the full suite of stainless steel appliances to whip up favorite recipes, then park the kids at the huge kitchen island for a meal while the adults head over to the table.
After a day of exploring, relax in the central AC if it's warm outside. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
If you cancel: Within 24 hours of booking, you'll receive a full refund. 30 days or more before your trip, you'll receive a refund of any rental payments you've made, minus the booking fee. Within 30 days of your trip, refunds are only given if you've purchased Trip Protection and the reason for your cancellation falls within its guidelines (see
