The entire first floor of the property including the backyard will be yours through a private entrance.
*The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.
*The laundry machine is located in the garage.
*Please be mindful of the noise since there is family living upstairs.
*There is ample free street parking in our neighborhood. Please pay attention to the street cleaning signs; the West side of the street doesn't allow parking on the second and fourth Thursdays from 12pm-2pm, and the East side of the street doesn't allow parking on the second and fourth Mondays from 12pm-2pm.
*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 medium pets max, weighing up to 70 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!
