This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath 1450SF Four Season Townhouse is conveniently located just off Mountain Rd in Stowe, close to town and a short 10 minute drive to Stowe Mountain Resort. Walk to restaurants, bakery, shops and Stowe's free shuttle service in the winter.
The first floor consists of a sunken living area featuring a gas fireplace, leather sofa, hardwood floors with oriental rugs and a Flat Screen TV. The dining table seats up to 8. There is also a walk-in closet which is ideal to keep ski boots, jackets, etc. A fully equipped kitchen, laundry and 1/2 bath complete the first floor. A one car garage is attached to the unit.
Upstairs are 3 generously sized bedrooms. The master has a queen bed and large closet and plenty of storage space for clothes and a private bath. The guest room has a queen bed and shares a full bath with the large 3rd bedroom with twin beds which is ideal for kids to spread out in.
During the winter months enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace which can heat the entire first floor if desired. The semi-heated garage with direct access to the unit is perfect to store your skies and/or snowboards. There is a private patio off the living room overlooking the expansive grounds and pool which is open during summer months. The famous Stowe Rec path runs along the perimeter of the property to enjoy long walks or bike rides with the 3 bikes provided during the spring, summer and fall months or enjoy cross country skiing in the winter.
