The apartments are in the same building as a bakery, wine bar and along a busy street, so some noise is expected. As the only one renting out all three apartments, you will be the only one with access to the apartment staircase and roof top deck!
These apartments are only 12 minutes by car to Ball Arena and 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater!
The Space:
There are three apartments each with their own separate locked entrance, off the main entrance! We can give you links to the individual unit listings if requested. Layouts are as follows-
Apt 1, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 8 guests
*Apt 1 has a unique multi-level layout and a full kitchen. It has two King sized beds- one room is a suite with the bathroom attached. There are also two other bedrooms with one twin bunk bed in each. Apt 1 has a large living room with a sectional and plenty of seating, a dining table and HD TV ready to stream with Roku. There are 3 bathrooms- each with a standing shower. Apt 1 has tons of books and a cozy reading nook- the perfect place to relax!
Apt 2, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 2 guests
*Apt 2 has a comfortable Queen bedroom with a closet and seating area. It is attached to a living room with a sofa and a cozy chair, complete with an HD TV ready to stream with Roku. The apartment has a dining table and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge and hot plate. The full bathroom has a tub and shower.
Apt 3, 1 bath, 2 guests
*Apt 3 is a one bedroom with a cozy Queen bed. This apartment has a living room with a large HD TV ready to stream with Roku, kitchen with full sized refrigerator and a hot plate as well as a dining table and a bookshelf full of books. The full bathroom features a tub with a shower.
Apart from these apartments, you would have full access to two stackable washer and dryer units and an extra half-bath in the main hallway to the rooftop deck.
The rooftop deck has a small propane grill with grill utensils as well as a dining area and a comfortable seating area. Half of it is covered and the other half is uncovered. There is a lovely view of the mountains when the sky is clear!
Guest Access:
Guests have access to all three apartments, washers and dryers, hallway bathroom and rooftop deck all to themselves!

As one of Denver’s blossoming cultural districts, Ridge at 38 is your place for events, shopping and restaurants in downtown Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Our eclectic mix of local businesses, restaurants and shopping serve the community and invite visitors, offering a taste of small-town life without the driving. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the apartment. There is a large bicycle shop right across the street for all of your cycling needs.
Getting Around:
There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance of our apartments. The RTD stop is across the street from the apartments and of course, Uber and Lyft are available.
Other Things to Note:
This listing books all three apartment units. Each unit can be booked separately if you do not need all of the units. Self Check-in, you'll be given access codes to the front door and a code to each apartment unit.
