Welcome to 34 Turtle Lane, a two story villa located ocean side in the heart of Sea Pines in the gated area of Turtle Club. The villa was recently painted inside and out and has a relaxed beach vibe. There are newer furnishings, linens and electronics.
The villa has a great room with soaring ceilings, plenty of comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV. There is a deck located off the living area that has seating and a gas grill. There is a den area that overlooks one of the two community pools. There is nice furniture including a sleeper sofa and a fully renovated bath. All the bedrooms are located upstairs, from the entry way the staircase is split so one of the master suites is separate from the two additional bedrooms. This master consists of king bedding, newer furnishings, new linens, a flat screen TV and a private bath.
The other king is located to the right of the entry upstairs and has new king bedding, linens, mattress, new furniture and a flat screen TV. There is new carpet in the villa in all the bedrooms and hall. There is also a balcony located off the master suite that overlooks one of the community pools and there is a private bath. The third bedroom consists of two twin beds, newer furniture, nice linens, a flat screen TV and a private bath.
The villa is only steps to the beach, golf and the wonderful Sea Pines Beach Club and during the summer months the trolley runs at the beach club to all area and attractions within Sea Pines.
