City of Ventura STVR 2307. Newly remodeled 5 Bedroom spacious home situated near the top of the Ventura Foothills. Only 10 minutes from downtown Ventura or 10 minutes to the beach. You can enjoy the view and serenity of the hills or quick access to all Ventura has to offer. This is a quite place. We want to respect our neighbors. Please keep outdoor conversations at a low volume in the early morning(before 8am) and late at night(after 10pm). Voices carry very easily to our neighbors. If you have a dog that is prone to barking, do not request to stay here. If the dog is house trained and has stayed at other Airbnbs before w/out issue then it will be considered.
THE SPACE- This 5 bedroom two story home located in the Foothills of Ventura CA is the perfect place for relaxation or adventure. Go surfing or work in a peaceful environment with a spectacular view. Each room has its own 55’ flat screen TV with DirecTV including either a Roku or Firestick. There’s a large walk-in closet and a desk with a chair in every bedroom.
GUEST ACCESS- ENTIRE PROPERTY.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS- Not necessary be possible if need be; responses can be as quick as 1 min and no longer than a few hours.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD- Upscale neighborhood located in the Foothills of Ventura CA. Known for its beautiful stretching beaches and active historical downtown area. The house is about an hour drive from LAX and 30 minutes south of Santa Barbara. This house can accommodate large families and/or groups of friends. The main living room has a 65’ flat screen and a large L shaped couch, perfect for watching sports or movies in 5.1 surround sound. The house also comes with a washer and dryer area for your laundry needs. The neighborhood has always been a very safe place.
GETTING AROUND- Uber can usually get you wherever you need to go in Ventura for under $20 once situated on the property.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE- Ability to park in the 3 car garage along with a large driveway and plenty of street parking.
