This cottage offers the most unique experience in Reynolds Lake Oconee for both golfers and non golfers alike.
The home is situated on a private cul-de-sac, offering the ultimate in privacy. An open floor plan living area includes dining and living seating for 8. A 65" Ultra High Definition television creates the only distraction from the incredible views from every window. High speed, wireless internet access is available from both the indoor and outdoor living spaces. The new kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The newly expanded lakefront screened porch features what many believe to be the most beautiful and entertaining view on the lake. Covered and screened outdoor dining for 8 was recently added with unobstructed views of the lake, creating the perfect place for a meal with family and friends. A field stone grilling patio was also recently added, adding to the outdoor, lakefront living space.
The home has 3 master bedroom suites and 1 guest suite, each with a private bath. The baths have been recently updated with Italian tile and granite. Each bedroom boasts luxury beds with a King bed in each of the master suites and 2 Twin XL beds in the Guest Suite. The suites are completed with 400 thread count sheets, 40" flat screen HD televisions, incredible lake views and white noise machines for privacy. Each bed has 2 luxury pillow options, firm and soft, to ensure the ultimate night's sleep. We also believe that our guests who expect a 5 Star experience should never have to worry about the sanitation of their linens. With this in mind, you can rest easy with the knowledge that ALL bedding is laundered after each and every guest checkout, including our high thread count duvet covers. A private screened porch was added to one of the main floor master suites providing a private lakefront retreat.
Echo Dots were added to each bedroom and provide access to a limitless music catalog and other features. An Echo was added to the living room providing the same features.
The Nicklaus Cottage is situated in Waterside Village which offers residents and guests access to a private pool (open seasonally), sand beach and tennis court. This is important as unaccompanied guests are not allowed to use Reynolds Lake Oconee member only amenities. There is also a full service marina and a number of private docks reserved for owners and guests only. You will also be steps away from the Great Waters club house with both fine and casual dining available at the Overlook restaurant and the Waterview Pub. (Access to restaurants and other amenities may be limited or prohibited due to ongoing Covid 19 restrictions.)
