The Space:
Guests will enter the home through the front door after walking across the porch ramp. There is a cozy seating area on the front porch where you can enjoy the peaceful serenity of the Shenandoah Valley. Once inside, you'll see the the living room with a two couches with a queen sleeper sofa. To the left of the living room is the fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for 6. The doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms surround the living room.
The first bedroom has a full bed with a two chairs for additional seating. The second bedroom has a king bed. In the third bedroom, you'll find a queen bed and oversized chair which is perfect to curl up and read a book! The last bedroom features two queen beds. There are two shared full bathrooms .
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
All cancellations due to weather are subject to our cancellation policy. There can be unpredictable winter weather in the Shenandoah Valley, which can make traversing roads and accessing homes challenging. We recommend purchasing traveler's insurance if you are concerned that your vehicle might not be able to traverse snowy roads during inclement weather and you may have to cancel.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Virginia's captivating Shenandoah Valley about 5 minutes from Bryce Resort, a year-around resort with snow and grass skiing, an 18-hole golf course, horseback riding, tennis and boating on a 45-acre lake. We are only 25 minutes from the local wineries, so book a wine tour for your group and visit them all! We are 25 minutes from the Shenandoah Caverns. Or if you're here between July and December, take the kids on the 25 minute journey to Turkey Knob Apple Orchard!
Getting Around:
This home is located in a rural area of Virginia, so driving is necessary!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
