This unit has been completely renovated from top to bottom. As part of the renovation, all carpet was removed and waterproof vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout. Ceiling fans were added in the bedroom and living room.
Access is provided via a keyless entry pad with a door code that is unique to each renter.
The kitchen features all new stainless-steel appliances including a two burner cooktop, a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, and an over the cooktop convection microwave. It is fully stocked with small appliances such as a blender, countertop oven, Keurig, and standard coffee pot. The unit has all the cooking utensils and accessories you could ever need to make the perfect meal, as well as complete service for eight. The cabinetry is brand new and features ample storage space and soft close hinges. The counter tops are a stylish, modern quartz.
In the family room, all furniture is brand new including the sleeper sofa, chair, side tables, and a versatile coffee table that transforms into a dining table. It is equipped with a wall-mounted 43-inch HD Smart TV, with available streaming (Netflix, Hulu, HBOGo, etc). There is a remote-control ceiling fan and plenty of lighting. It also features USB charging outlets to ensure all your devices stay fully charged.
The bedroom features two brand new, queen-size 14-inch pillow top mattresses and all new luxury linens. It too has a 43-inch wall-mounted, HD Smart TV that can stream your favorite apps. The bedroom has two spacious closets and a dresser for maximum storage. We have also provided a clock with USB charging capability as well as USB charging outlets. In addition, the bedroom has its own remote-control operated ceiling fan for maximum comfort.
The bathroom has a new gentleman's height vanity featuring two sinks and quartz counters. The tub/shower combo is new with upgraded tile, glass tile accents, a grab bar, and an adjustable, handheld shower head.
The unit features a great deal of hanging hooks to accommodate wet swimsuits and towels.
The balcony boasts two Adirondack bar height chairs with a table to allow relaxed enjoyment of the breathtaking ocean front views. The balcony also features two additional chairs and a table, so that you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.
Please note that our condo is managed privately. This allows us to provide you with an updated condo and a higher level of service and cleanliness. Our guests have full access to all of the outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs, shuffleboard courts, as well as the poolside Tiki Bar.
Effective 01/01/2026, guests are prohibited from parking motorcycles on the property, and they will be towed.
