You'll love taking advantage of the hot tub after a day of adventure. When lounging outside, you are welcome to feed the deer some corn if they show up. Inside, you will find a cozy living space with sofas, a TV with DirecTV, and an electric fireplace; a four-person dining table; and a fully appointed kitchen with all the essentials, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker.

The full kitchen does not have a dishwasher.Water conservation is encouraged as the home uses water tanks.Hunting is prohibited on the property, as are ATVs and other off-road vehicles.There are feeding areas for deer on the property.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
If you cancel: Within 24 hours of booking, you'll receive a full refund. 30 days or more before your trip, you'll receive a refund of any rental payments you've made, minus the booking fee.
