Located in the Costa Del Rey community, this 2BR/2BA retreat is walking distance to the beach. Beautifully remodeled, your condo is furnished with stylish, beachy décor. After a fun-filled day at the beach, unwind at the on-site pool, located conveniently across from your rental. Relax in the welcoming living room, appointed with a couch, armchair, and a 32" flat-screen TV. Prepare beach snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. Gather around the kitchen bar for meals, which offers seating for six.
This condo sleeps up to six guests in two bedrooms. Sleep soundly in the master bedroom, appointed with a king-size bed and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers another King-size bed and another flat-screen TV.
Both bathrooms are equipped with a tub/shower combination. Kick-start your day with a cup of coffee on the front porch, furnished with two Adirondack chairs. The unheated, year-round community pool is just outside your front steps.
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and assigned parking for two cars maximum in the parking lot. There is no overflow parking. This single-story unit is accessed via five exterior steps at the entryway.
