Sequoia Park Zoo also includes the famous Redwood Sky Walk, where you can walk through Old Growth redwoods on a path 100 feet above the ground. Check out the redwoods while you hike or bike. The Northridge Trailhead to the McKay Community Forest is located one and a half miles away, at the Northridge Road parking lot. Ride or drive to the hiking and biking trails that will take you through young and mature redwood forests. The cottage is also conveniently located 10 miles from Cal Poly Humboldt.
