This is our paradise at the end of a wooded road set on a private 3 acre peninsula with 850 feet of waterfront! It has 2 fire pits, rocky coves to watch the sunset, and 3 acres of flat land that allows children to run and explore. We are 12 minutes from Abay and Clayton. The fishing off the shore is amazing and instantly rewarding for little ones.. We also have 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board available for use. Our property is year round until plowing becomes an issue, off limits Feb-March.
