As you enter there is a bright seating area with 3 seater sofa, loveseat and armchair. The dining area seats 6. The family living area has a 3 seater sofa, loveseat, armchair, 40" flatscreen TV, DVD player and patio doors to the pool area. Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit, pantry, large fridge/freezer and breakfast nook seating 4. Utility room with washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a large king size bed, 36" TV, patio doors to the pool area, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with oval tub, separate shower cubicle, twin basins and WC. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, double closet, 24" TV and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin, WC and door to pool area. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin beds, double closet and 14" TV, although one is themed for children and has an Xbox game console and some games. Family bathroom has bath/shower, basin and WC. The garage has been converted to a games room and has an air hockey table and table football. Outside there is a fully screened in larger than average pool, spa and spacious patio deck, table seating 4 and 4 sun loungers. Grocery stores/restaurants are 5 minutes away and the Disney attractions are easily accessible via Interstate 4 which is only 5 minutes away. Off street parking for 2 cars.
