Our beautiful home features tray ceilings, crown molding, arched doorways, and wood and tile flooring. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare a gourmet meal. With seating for 6 around both the kitchen and dining table, there is room for everyone to enjoy! Designed with comfort in mind, the living area offers a wood burning fireplace, a SmartTV, and a plush sectional sofa. From the living area, sliding glass doors lead outside to a tropical lanai with cozy lounge chairs and a SmartTV. Guests can also enjoy an enclosed private pool, hot tub, and dining area surrounded by tropical palm trees and lush landscaping.
This home features 3 guest bedrooms, a primary bedroom, and a bonus room located near the entry that offers a set of twin bunk beds. The first, second and third guest bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. Lastly, the spacious primary bedroom offers a luxurious king bed, a SmartTV, direct access to the lanai and private pool, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a built-in makeup counter, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. If additional sleeping accommodations are needed, there is a double sleeper sofa located in the living room.
For guest’s convenience, our home offers a spacious laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and high-speed WIFI is complimentary. Guests are also welcome to use the 6-Seat LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) at no additional charge.
