Beautifully designed a-frame home, tucked in the hills outside of Fairbanks. Arctic Nest sleeps up to 2, with a queen sized bed. Smart-TV and Wi-Fi internet are available, along with washer and dryer. Kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher and a full sized refrigerator. Note: During winter months, it is strongly recommended guests have an all-wheel drive or a 4wheel drive vehicle. The driveway is well maintained, but it is on top of a hill in Alaska.
-NO PARTIES or events.
-Guest(s) understands and agrees to not put any foreign objects down the drains or toilets. Items include but are not limited to: feminine hygiene products, paper towels, napkins, baby whips, grease, oil, egg shells, fruits or vegetable peels, harsh chemicals (such as excessive chlorine bleach and toilet tank cleaning tablets) etc.
-In the event the Guest(s) is locked out of their unit, the Guest(s) is ultimately responsible. We encourage the Guest(s) to contact the Management Company before anyone else.
-Windows and doors are to be closed during winter months. Winter months for the purpose of this contract are defined as October 1 to May 1. Windows must also be closed securely during inclement weather.
-IF PETS ARE ALLOWED Pets must always be on leash outside of unit and immediately cleaned up after.
-No automobile repairs are to be completed or done or around the rented premises.
-The burning of candles, incense or like items are not permitted within the Leased Premises.
-The Guest(s) may not interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the neighbors.
-The Guest(s) agrees not to remove, dismantle or take any action to interfere with the operation of any smoke detector(s), carbon monoxide detector(s) installed on the Leased Premises.
-If the property has fire extinguisher(s), they are for your safety. The Guest(s) may not misuse, dismantle, block or remove the fire extinguisher. The Guest(s) must report to the Management Company any use, malfunction or repair required.
-Absolutely no hazardous materials are permitted to be in or around the Leased Premises at any time.
-Under no circumstance may a stove, oven, or range be used as a source for heat.
-Charcoal and Gas Barbecue grills may not be used inside the Leased Premises or stored on any balconies, decks, patios, porches, and/or landings or entranceways unless cold to touch after use.
-The Guest(s) shall notify Landlord of any pest control problems.
- The Guest(s) may not store or park a recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle, or watercraft on Leased Premises without Landlord's permission.
-The Guest(s) may not block the fire escapes at any time.
-The Guest(s) may not use windows, decks, or balconies for the purpose of drying laundry.
-Management company does not permit loud gatherings. There shall be no events that are not approved prior guest’s stay. A disturbance caused by Guest(s) that results in any police action or complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for cancellation of booking.
-Guest(s) cannot use counter tops as cutting boards.
