This welcoming waterfront home is perched above the lake with terraced gardens along the stairway to the private waterfront dock. Your hosts provide 80' of private waterfront with seating and a dock. Two single kayaks, a tandem kayak and a canoe are provided for family fun on the water. There is outside seating and dining in multiple places.
The living and bedroom areas have hardwood flooring throughout; marble tiles are used in the lower level game room. The first floor includes a living / dining room, a sun room overlooking the water, a large eat-in kitchen, a bedroom with bath en suite, and a half bath (off the entry area). The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath.
Enjoy family fun in the game room on the lower level. It features a Foosball table, a SMART TV, and an XBox One S gaming system. The lower level has a lounge overlooking the water, w/ wine cooler, sink and beverage refrigerator.
No team parties or large gatherings are permitted here; registered guests are asked to be respectful of neighbor's property and not park on their lawn.
