Summary: Had a issue with the remote control and toilet. Used the txt msg that was sent to my phone to communicate the issues with the room. Staff never responded. Went to the desk to get a missing remote and was given a broken remote. Said that the maintenance person would bring another one. Maintenance never came. Trash was already in the trash can we we got in the room. Parking was a nitemare. Breakfast wasn't anything more than cereal and toast
