~What you need to know before your arrival~
• At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made and you must be at least 21 years old to check into the resort
•A USD 17.25 plus tax Resort Fee will be applied daily to this reservation. Daily Resort Charge includes: Guest internet access; Self-Parking 1 car; Select Daily Activities; Steam room and Sauna; Sports Equipment (Tennis and shuffleboard).
• The Debit or Credit Card used to secure your booking must be presented at check-in. If the card is not presented, funds secured are reversed, and payment is secured on the new card. The Card owner must be present at time of arrival.
• A USD 200 Security Hold is required at time of arrival and must be placed on a major credit or debit card.
• We do our best to accommodate all special requests, but we are not always able to do so. Please contact us before your arrival.

~Property Policies~
• Responsibility for Charges and Damages: You are liable for all damages to the room(s) caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay. You agree that guests in our room are authorized by you to charge to the room from anywhere in the resort or at any property, unless you advise the Front Desk otherwise.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
• Smoking Policy: Beach Quarters Resort is a smoke free facility. If smoking occurs in the unit during your stay, a USD 500 cleaning fee will be billed to your account.
• Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented enhanced cleaning and safety measures. We clean our properties thoroughly with disinfectant while also practicing low-contact protocols.

PARKING GARAGE RENOVATION:
Our on-site parking garage is currently under renovations. This may result in relocation of your vehicle during your stay to off-site parking. There also may be noise from the work between the hours of 9am-5pm. We apologize in advance as we work to improve our parking garage.
