Welcome to our cozy beachfront condo in lovely Brigantine Beach, New Jersey. If you're seeking a beautiful ocean escape to relax and recharge, this is it!
Our condo is a large (1200 sq ft) 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit in the well-kept and secure Brigantine Island Beach Resort community. Building amenities include one covered parking spot (with additional guest parking available), an outside storage locker for your beach and pool items, a heated outdoor pool, outdoor showers and direct paths through the calming sea grass to the pristine Brigantine beach.
Our unit is on the third floor, and the first thing you'll notice when you walk in is the breathtaking, floor to ceiling window views of the shoreline and ocean. This gorgeous backdrop is also available in the Master Bedroom as well as the outdoor balcony but don't worry - the living room blinds and blackout bedroom curtains are there for your convenience if you prefer a darker environment (though you can't beat the sunrise views!).
A large laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer greet you right away, so your beach clothes and shoes have an immediate resting place. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of storage and newer appliances, though Brigantine and nearby Atlantic City ($15 Uber ride and tons of delivery options) offer a wide array of dining options for your vacation pleasure.
Both bathrooms have a full shower/tub combination. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has two full-sized beds, with a Queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. A pack-n-play is also available if needed (note: due to COVID and unless otherwise noted, renters will need to bring your own bedding and towels).
Each bedroom has a television, with an electric fireplace in the living room if you prefer to unwind by a "fire" at night. If you're looking to spread your wings across the shore towns, the family-friendly Ocean City boardwalk, Storybook Land, the Cape May Zoo, etc. are a short drive away (though don't overlook all that Brigantine offers as well).

**Reiterating that this rental does NOT come with linens or towels (besides comforters, blankets and pillows for beds). I can provide the name to a local linen/towel rental service if you'd prefer to explore that option, otherwise you will need to bring your own.
