The master has direct views from floor to ceiling viewing the balcony and provides balcony access from the master and a picture window for even more views. When you are ready to relax, the master bath awaits. See photos of the walk-in shower with massaging shower heads. The master features a double vanity. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new stainless steel appliances (July, 2019) and features granite counter tops. You'll find plenty of cookware and dinnerware. The 2nd bedroom also has a King bed. The room is spacious and provides easy access to the hall bath. The new dining table features seating for six. Views of the beachfront can be seen from the kitchen, dining and living areas plus the fantastic balcony views and, oh my, the views from that Master Bed! This is a family-friendly location.

Couples traveling together will also find the separate bedroom suites provide plenty of privacy making this a great spot for vacationing with friends or family. Weather: The beach is a tropical environment and rainy days are common. Rainy day refunds, including local street flooding, high winds/surf are Not refundable events. Weather related refunds are issued ONLY if the Orange Beach area is under mandatory evacuation . This condo will comfortably accommodate 6 people. The condo has a king bed in the master a queen bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. As with all sleeper sofas they are best suited for children and teens. A folding mattress is not a plush sleeping mattress. Children two and under may stay as additional guests provided the guests is bringing a portable crib or pack 'n play for the infant/toddler. The condo has a full-size washer/dryer. The master bedroom offers a walk in tiled shower with three shower heads. It is awesome! The 2nd full bath has a tub/shower combination. Resort amenities include: Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Kiddie Pool, Hot Tub, Fitness Room, Sauna, Steam Room, Grilling Area, and Ping Pong Table. Easy check-in: A keyless entry lock is located on the door of the condo. The check-in information and access code are provided to reserving guests. When you arrive you are ready to enter the condo and enjoy your stay. Our check-in time is at 4 pm and check out time is at 11 am. We cannot accommodate early arrivals or late departures. (Some exceptions may apply for winter guests staying several months. No other exceptions. We must strictly enforce the check-in and check-out times to allow our cleaning service time to thoroughly clean the condo.) Dropping off luggage is considered checking in. Non-smoking, no pets. Reserving guests must be 25 or older and be the arriving guests. ID is validated by on-site security. Our cleaning service provides bed linens, towels, wash cloths and a starter set of toilet paper and paper towels, hotel size soaps. Numerous retail stores are located across the street and within 1/2 mile of the condo. Publix is 4/10 of a mile from the condo. Parking, 2 cars maximum - parking passes are purchased with your reservation. For immediate arrivals, the pass will be left in the condo.
