Outdoor aficionados needn't worry as there are plenty of activities with the majestic lake right outside! Fishermen will love whiling away the hours at the pier; just check lake levels beforehand. Drought conditions will affect the water levels for this property so please know that the pictures in the listing may not reflect the true level of water during your stay. We are not able to give refunds or cancellations due to low water levels.
Due to the drought there is no longer a 'lake view' from the villa.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Dock details: Lake Travis is not a constant level lake.
As of May 24, 2018 the “Boat Ramp” at the Island will be closed till further notice. The water levels have dropped due to the lack of rain making it a danger to launch.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
