The Neighborhood:
This condo is located within walking distance of the Gatlinburg Parkway! It is in the Laurel Inn Condos! There is a back set set of steps down near the pool that leads you straight into downtown Gatlinburg, TN! You can also go out front the condos and take a sidewalk all the way into downtown! It's about .3 miles to the middle of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! The location is tremendous!
Getting Around:
All paved roads to the condo. We recommend 4x4 wheel drive at any condo in Gatlinburg and/or the mountains as well as this one. It's easy to reach the condo and in downtown Gatlinburg, TN! You can walk into downtown Gatlinburg, TN which saves you a good bit of money on parking!

Must be 21 or older to book this condo.
This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum.
We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way to it and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. This condo is located in downtown Gatlinburg, TN and within walking distance to the Parkway.
Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather.
Coffee maker is a regular coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker. (bring coffee)
The condo is located on the 4th floor. There is an elevator at the condo.
Laundry facilities are pay facilities located on the 1st floor of the condo complex.
The outdoor pool usually opens around Memorial Day each year give or take. The outdoor pool usually closes at the end of August each year give or take. These dates are subject to change at any time and out of our control as they are controlled by the HOA. Any necessary maintenance work is out of our control, too, and controlled by the HOA with no notice. Thank you for your understanding.
Bears and other wildlife are common in the area. Do not feed bears or any type of wildlife and keep your belongings secured and vehicle doors locked at all times. Bears and wildlife are very protected in this area. Do not feed or bother bears or wildlife, at any time, during your stay. Thank you greatly for your understanding with this.
