And there is no better place to gather with those who matter most than ‘Piney Island Getaway’ in popular Piney Island, which happens to be the closest community to Assateague National Seashore.This wonderful community also has a Natural Kayak Launch just down the street. Wild Ponies, Beach Combing, and one of the most gorgeous beaches in our country are just a short stroll or bike ride away! One of our favorite things about this beautiful community is its quiet, tree-lined streets. You can hear the pine trees swaying, and smell that salty, sweet sea breeze. On windy days, you can even hear the ocean roaring just on the other side of Assateague Island. Piney Island is the epitome of peace and relaxation. As you pull into the drive at Piney Island Getaway, you know you are in for a treat!
This statuesque home sits just across the street from the Assateague Channel, and you’ll take in glimpses of the Little Oyster Bay from the balconies. As you enter the spacious Foyer, kick off your Flip Flops and let the memory-making begin. You’ll love kicking back in the beautifully furnished Living Area after a fun-filled day at the Beach, and enjoying Flat Screen TV with both Cable and Streaming, and Free WiFi. With Colors of Sand and Sea, and tons of natural light, it’s refreshing and relaxing. The Open Layout suits how we live today - perfect for spending time together without ever feeling crowded. There are even games for family game night!
The Living Area opens to a huge Dining Area with room for all, tons of windows, and Tile Flooring. Dine in the comfort of Central AC, or slip out to the Screened Porch and dine Al-Fresco with a high tide Creek View. Relaxing on the Screened Porch, you’ll feel a million miles away from the real world.
The Chef will love the well-equipped Kitchen with all you need to make mealtime a bay breeze. Grab a quick bite at the Breakfast Bar before hitting the Beach, or stroll to Steve’s II or Famous Pizza, just down the street, and grab something to go. Also tucked away in the Kitchen is a Full Size Washer and Dryer that is sure to come in handy.
