Completely renovated, a charming old building, with a very interesting history, 2 large and well appointed bedrooms, full kitchen with all new appliances, large bathroom in a beautiful building listed on the historic registry. In the hip Kendall Yards area of Spokane and comes complete with unobstructed views right out to the Centennial Trail and Spokane River...literally steps away! There's also an amazing common area you are welcome to that feels like you are sitting in a park. Laundry available on site.
There is new AC unit in the master bedroom. It works great and There’s another fan in the closet and a standup unit that will help circulate the air. Keeping the blinds and windows closed will also help keep the unit cooler.
