Summary: The apartment is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The pool is well maintained and my whole family enjoyed it. The owner (Nicole) was available via email. The kitchen was well equipped and there were eggs, bagels and other amenities available for us. It is stated that the apartment can accommodate 7. We were 5 and I felt that was a comfortable amount. Seven would be tight. Renters should be aware that there is a dog and two cats on the property. The dog is quite friendly . The cats made themselves comfortable on the pool chairs. Unfortunately, (on our third night) in the apartment there was an infestation of flies. They were all over the kitchen. We alerted Nicole and she came over with bug spray, fly strips and swatters. Nicole put a bag on the outside faucet that had some bug repellent in it. She also vacuumed up the dead flies. These measures alleviated the problem. However, it did put a damper on our vacation.
