Beautiful Property, Centrally Located! | House in Baltimore
2 Bedroom House in Upper Fells Point, Baltimore
Hebah and I are fairly new to VRBO, however, we have been hosting this home for over 2 years and have over 80 5 star reviews. The house is on Bank Street, quiet and convenient to everything; Stadiums, Harbor, JHH, etc. UFP is a historic neighborhood just 4 blocks from the water and an easy walk, bike, scooter or short ride to many attractions you will find throughout Baltimore. I hope you will enjoy our home and neighborhood as much as we do.
1) The 2 tiered rooftop deck is our favorite place to hang out. There is a gas grill on the 1st level and a great view of the city and bay. The 3rd level has plenty of furniture to relax and enjoy the views.
2) 2 large bedrooms on separate floors for privacy
3) Each floor has plenty of closet space and hangers
4) Each bedroom has a private bathroom away from living area
5) Master suite is on the 3rd floor; king size bed, large bathroom, walk in shower and 2 skylights above the bed to see the stars at night!
6) 2nd floor bedroom has a queen size bed, large bathroom and a sitting room with TV outside of the bedroom, there is a door for privacy from the bedroom and the hallway.
7) Fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Please let us know if we are missing any essentials.
8) Dining area with high top table with seating for 4. I use this as my work space as well.
9) 3 TVs; Living Room is a Roku Smart TV and digital antenna for local channels. 2nd floor has Apple TV. 3rd floor is a Roku Smart TV. The house is equipped with Wifi. Each TV has access to Netflix, ESPN, Vudu, Amazon Prime and other channels accessed via the Smart TVs and Apple TV. There is much to watch free of charge, but If you choose to order a movie, we can easily charge you for what you ordered after your stay.

Guest access
You will have full access to the house. The property has "Smart Locks" which allow guests to enter with a custom pass code I set (and remove upon checkout) for each guest.
Cleaning supplies, first aid kit, fire extinguisher and bug spray are located below the sink.
