Please note that this is not the entire house. This is for the master bedroom located on the second floor, which has a California King bed and a private bathroom. The house has 4beds, 2baths, 2,500sqft and is located in a wealthy neighborhood in San Diego, which is very peaceful and quiet. My son and I use 2 beds, and I rent the 3rd. The master bedroom is very large with its bath and all 3 rooms are on first floor so master bedroom has no other rooms attached.
This house has a cabin feel with a fireplace and a breathtaking view of the golf course. It is guaranteed to wow! There is plenty of street parking.
Again, this listing is not for the entire house, but you'll get the best part of it and can use the living room, sun room, and the beautiful view from the patio, swimming pool and the spa. Please contact me if you want to have a pool party.
