In the evenings, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets while eating or relaxing out on the deck around the gas fire pit. In the morning, you can enjoy coffee or breakfast on the MBR deck. The kitchen, sunroom, LR, BR's are spacious & comfortable. You're just 10 minutes to shopping, restaurants, tourist sites, and 20 minutes to downtown.
The space
You'll love the spacious and fully stocked kitchen. The Master Bedroom Suite is a great space with large patio door/windows and outdoor deck, plus a comfortable sitting area with 65" TV, memory foam queen bed, computer workspace hutch, walkin closet and master bathroom. You will enjoy the large living room with gas fireplace, dining room and TV sunroom. We have a same floor high-end washer and dryer and a stationary bike. You will also be just 2 minutes aways from fantastic hiking/biking trails.

Your space will be the 2800sf on the upper level of this home with your own private front door entrance. There is a separate apartment in the lower level with their own entrance.
