Beautifully furnished and renovated large 2 bedroom 1 bath unit in the heart of Westwood. Downtown Cincinnati is 10-15 mins away. Westwood boasts a new brewery and winery, which is a short 7 minute walk away. The apartment is on a cul-de-sac street with many long time homeowners and tenants. Westwood, and the street the apartment is on, is a safe, established, and diverse area of Cincinnati.
PLEASE READ: Renovation of unit completed in January 2020. The unit is on the first floor of the building. Fully furnished and awaiting you for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment has key-less entry to both the building and unit for your convenience; no need to worry about keys. There are 3 beds total; 2 queen beds, and 1 queen air mattress (upon request) for a fee. We love our furry friends; however, we do charge monthly for pets. Sometimes street parking is limited directly in front of the apartment but you can always park on Montclair or Urweiler street and walk if needed. We are now offering garage parking for an extra charge, depending on length of stay.
House Manual/Rules:
I know it is easy to ignore this section but I advise that you don’t so that both the guest (you) and the host are on the same page, which eliminates confusion and issues with the booking.
Please remove shoes inside the unit, this helps keep the area rugs clean.
Please respect the unit and treat it better than you would your own living space. If you break something, please be honest so we can ensure the item is replaced before the next booking.
Parking: as much as I try to ask people not to park in front of the building if they don’t live there, it is a public street and have no control of it. Please use Montclair or Urweiler streets and walk to the building if necessary. Do not park in the driveway or garage unless you’ve been given prior authorization via communication with the owner.
Trash: you are responsible for taking out the trash when it is full. Garbage should be placed in a liner. Use garbage can #2 in the back of the property. You are responsible for the can getting to the curb on trash night (Wednesday night) and putting it back when it has been emptied on Thursday.
Kitchen: there is no garbage disposal so please don’t put items down the sink that should go in the regular garbage. Please don't put grease or oil down the drain.
Bathroom: please don’t flush sanitary objects, wet, or ‘disposable wipes’ down the toilet. It can clog the pipes so we ask you avoid that. Please use the small trash can for those items. Also, to enable the bathroom to ventilate well, please open the window after you shower when possible.
Smoking: No smoking of any kind in the unit or on the balcony, or within 50 ft of the building.
