This single-story home sits about nine miles northwest of downtown Pagosa Springs, a setting that gives you easy access to nature and the many conveniences of town. You'll be just over a mile from the Coyote Hill Trailhead, six miles from Pagosa Springs Golf Club, and 10 miles from the hot springs that gave the town its name. Come wintertime, the slopes of Wolf Creek Ski Area are only 34 miles northeast.
As new construction (2023), the house has an ease and polish to it, with contemporary decor running throughout. Every home convenience has been considered, from the work-from-home desk in one of the bedrooms to the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an island with bar seating, and bonus small appliances (including a pressure cooker and an air fryer).
Bring your evening glass of wine outside to the deck at golden hour, and snuggle up on the living room sectional to stream movies on the super box TV streaming with thousands of free TV shows and movies including free pay-per-view events.
