This great property was tastefully remodeled, including new high-end stainless appliances, new heating and air conditioning, all new furnishings and fixtures, the latest technology, and many other luxury/comfort updates throughout the home to ensure a wonderful stay in a classic Maine beach house. The first floor includes a bright living room, open to the dining room, full equipped Kitchen, laundry and a full bathroom. The second floor includes 4 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The third floor offers a small lofted sitting area with daybed, and an additional bedroom. This home is situated in a great location with private ocean views out the back door, yet close to everything.
There are four beaches nearby. Walk to Short Sands in about 12 minutes and enjoy restaurants, shops, and the beach, all nearby. Located on The Nubble, the lighthouse is also a short walk from this home. Close enough for all the conveniences, yet still a private and relaxing location to enjoy!

Parking can be tight in the beach area. This property has parking for 4 vehicles. There is a 10-15 minute walk to get to beaches, town, etc.
