This is the lower unit of a triplex home. There's a unit upstairs and a unit in the back of the house. This is the lower unit. Driveway parking only has 1 spot and it is shared between the unit upstairs and lower unit. First come first serve basis.
Please note the house is located in Lower West Buffalo, it is an up and coming neighbourhood, it is quiet but do realize there are different ethnicities living in this our neighbourhood. It is a safe neighbourhood, we've had no issues in the past.
