Our studios offer a MINIMALIST place to stay to MAXIMIZE your exploration of Austin!
We offer everything you need for your short term home while you are enjoying the City of Austin. Our units come fully equipped with towels, linens, a mini kitchen that includes a fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker and toaster oven. We supply a skillet and pot plus dishes and utensils. In addition, we will stock a few days’ worth of TP and paper towels and a blow dryer.
The closet is minimal with a free standing closet, hangers and a shoe rack. There is an on-site laundry facility for all of your laundry needs – credit card operated and cleaned daily to ensure everyone’s safety and a clean environment.
Our property is located in the St.John's neighborhood, close to all major freeways (I-35, 290 & 183). Austin Community College is located on the other side of the freeway plus a local favorite, Easy Tiger bakery and many restaurant chains including Pappasito’s Cantina and Pappadaeux, Chili’s, Pluckers and Sushi Japon.
AMENITIES:
We have a brand NEW fitness center, WeWork business center with computer and printer access plus a resort style pool available to all guests. The gym and business center are only open during office hours (M-F 8:30-5:30pm, Sat 10-4pm). If your stay is over 30 days, you may request access to the mail center as well. You will need to pick up the key in the front office, please bring your ID, and return the key before your checkout date.
Trash is picked up right outside your door three days a week for your convenience!
CLEANING PROTOCOL:
We adhere to the AirBnB Covid-19 cleaning standards. All units are fully turned between guests, including all linens and everything wiped down. Cleaning supplies are located under your sink for your stay including a broom and dust pan near the closet. You may schedule additional cleanings during your stay if you would like for an additional $35 fee per clean.
We are located near an industrial park. There is construction the city is finishing on I-35, along with construction on the opposite side of our property. We have not had any noise complaints but want to be transparent about everything.
