There is a 3 car maximum at the property. Water can sometimes have an "sulfur" smell due to it being on a well and there being natural minerals in the water. You will just need to run the hot water for a little and the smell will dissipate. We get the water tank cleaned often to reduce the smell. The water is safe to use and consume.
