Over one acre surrounds our home with plenty of room to run or ride around! We have quick access to several ATV and hiking trails. The back yard is private with views. We are in the process of landscaping.
Southern Utah provides endless adventures. Our home is not far from any of the fun!

If you are tired after a long day of adventures, come inside and relax! We have 2 TV rooms, one just off the dining area and one downstairs by the bunk room. Each TV is a smart TV with a Youtube TV account for your viewing pleasure. Youtube TV has most mainstream cable channels and the ability to watch on Demand. You can also add any streaming app to the TV and log in to your own accounts.
We have 2 bedrooms on the main level and each have a queen bed. A third bedroom has another queen and direct access to a bathroom located downstairs. The bunk room is also downstairs and has 2 bunks (twin over full), a futon which can lay flat as well as a blow up mattress and pack n play available.
*Eat in!
Our Kitchen is well equipped for your cooking needs. It has two ovens (one with a cooktop range), a large fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen island is huge! We also have a coffee station which works as a serving area as well. We have 2 square counter height tables that can be separated or moved together to make one large table. We have 14 chairs available so all can eat together.

We love board games or any activity that brings our family together. We have stocked a game cupboard for your use! My kids especially love the oversized playing cards! We have also created a secret passage somewhere in the house for your kids to discover.
You will have access to the home with no shared spaces. There is a locked workspace accessed from the backyard that will be empty during your stay. There is plenty of parking including a covered car port. Lots of room for toys and Motorhomes!
Toquerville is a small town in the Hurricane Valley just north of St. George. There is a public park nearby with a playground, pickleball courts, basketball and baseball.

7. Report any damage or breakages in a timely manner. Damages will be reported to Airbnb and your payment account may be charged.
