The space
Nestled within 28 private acres, down a long private, tree-lined driveway, the Catskills Country Retreat provides the peace and quiet you have been long searching for. Step from your vehicle and smell the fresh air and take in nothing but the sounds of nature. The grounds feature Zen gardens, and private hiking trails situated on 12 of the 28 acres. Enjoy a large deck space and an outdoor fire pit to enjoy bond fires with friends and family.
Walk inside to enjoy vaulted ceilings with natural light pouring in from every peak. On the main floor take in two wood-burning stoves and the open concept floor plan featuring natural wood beams and knotty pine ceilings. Step from the dining and kitchen space into the attached sunroom to find a cozy oversized sofa surrounded by bay windows looking on to the natural beauty abound. Be inspired by the nature in this sun-filled room or cozy up next to the woodburning stove on a cold winter day and enjoy your favorite Netflix show on the flat-screen TV. Along a short hallway on your way to the master bedroom find a half bath and laundry for longer stays. In the master find a queen mattress with plush linens and chic décor. Connected to the master bedroom enjoy a large private bath with a jacuzzi tub and steam shower, perfect for soaking and steaming away any stress. Looking for a unique place to work remotely? Enjoy our high-speed Wi-Fi and a multitude of desk and table spaces to spread out and work from home.
The well-appointed chef’s kitchen provides you with everything you need to cook delicious meals throughout your stay. Find high-end appliances including a gas range, countertop toaster oven, microwave, and dishwasher along with all the pots, pans, and utensils you will need. Enjoy quiet mornings with a freshly brewed cup of coffee, coffee provided. Dinning accommodations provide seating for eight at the table and four along the kitchen island.
Head upstairs to find a second common space with a cozy sofa with a chaise lounge overlooking the vaulted living space below. Move along the short hallway to find the second bedroom with two single mattresses and the third bedroom featuring a queen mattress and set of single bunk beds. Enjoy double sink vanity and a shower/tub combination in the hallway bathroom with plenty of plush towels and bathroom basics provided.
The Catskills Country Retreat sleeps up to 12 guests, however, we are not an event venue and absolutely no parties are allowed. Any guests found in violation of this will be immediately evicted and will forfeit their security deposit plus any additional damages. We strive to provide a space for families and groups to make incredible memories in upstate New York and we simply ask you to treat the home with great respect while you do so. The entire home is available for rental. 28-acres of Hiking Paths are also available to guests staying on the property.

There are absolutely no parties allowed in our house, no exceptions.
No more than 12 guests to sleep in our property.
No smoking anywhere on property.
No guns.
No BB guns.
No weapons of any kind.
Please leave the property as you found it.
Please switch off all the lights.
Please lock all the windows and doors.
Please place used towels in the laundry room basket.
Please put all dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on.
In the winter months, please turn the heat to 60 degrees before you leave.
In the warmer months, please make sure all AC units are turned off before you leave.
Place all garbage in the trash receptacles in the garage.
Separate the recyclables and place them in the proper bin in the garage.
Don’t forget to logout of YouTube TV before you leave.
Check-out on your day of departure is at 11am – unless an alternative time is agreed upon.
