Welcome to our home, Cedar & Thyme located just a couple minutes away from downtown Waco, TX with a hot tub. If you're looking for a wonderful and fun stay then you've booked the right house! This is our personal home that we open up when we are out of town or for bigger weekends in Waco. You'll find the kitchen especially well stock and lots of toys and games for kids. In back we have a hot tub and patio furniture under a gazebo, large playset, fire pit, charcoal grill, and a yard games.

Welcome to Cedar and Thyme, our beautiful home has been a labor of love over the past year and we thrilled to be able to share it with you. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The master has a plush-firm king bed and attached bathroom. The Beige room has a custom built-in queen over queen bunk bed (medium firm memory foam mattresses). The Blue room doubles as a playroom with a twin trundle bed (medium firm twin mattresses we also have a pack n play available on site. The Blue and Beige room share a bathroom with a full bathroom. All linens and towels are provided as well as paper products and bath soaps.

Outback we have recently invested heavily into making a great outdoor space with a plethora of yard games, an epic playset, fire pit (firewood provided), Hot tub, seating, grill (charcoal provided) and fresh sod.

*Note 3/3/24 We are finishing the backyard up currently and will have finished photos of it up by mid March.

There is a schlage smart lock for access through the front door. You will receive a custom code active during your stay that will let you lock and unlock the front door with ease.

You can reach out through the app, call or text. You can expect to get ahold of us easily but we won't be stoping by unless there is an issue that we need to come resolve in person.

There is a nice park about 5 block away that you should walk to. Other than that the city is fairly spread out and car is the best way to get around.

The hot tub will receive weekly maintenance. If the maintenance day falls during your stay you can expect to see a worker briefly out by the hot tub. We will do our best to communicate this in advance.

-No children (under 18) in the hot tub.
-For security we have a ring door bell as well as exterior cameras.
-Waco does not look the same way in person as itt does on HGTV. Waco is a city that has experience a lot of poverty in the past and is slowly improving but all of the neighborhoods around downtown have many tired or vacant houses mixed in with new or maintained homes. This is a safe and well patrolled city but some people can feel uncomfortable by this. We like to let people know this before as Waco.
Property House Rules
1. NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. if caught, you may be subject to a fine of $500.
2. Guests agree to abide by maximum occupancy as described on the listing.
3. Guests agree to having NO LOUD PARTIES on the property. Please respect our neighbors and other residents. Any excessive, lewd, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated, and such may be cause for immediate removal or otherwise.
4. We DO NOT allow pets. While we love animals of all kinds, we do this out of respect for other guests that may be allergic.
5. Check in is 4pm-10pm. Check-out is no later than 11am.
6. Guests are responsible for the security of all contents in the condo during their stay.
7. Mandatory quiet hours are 10pm-10am
