This spacious sunny family home is perfectly positioned within minute's walk to the local Village shops and Avalon beach. Beautifully furnished with quality finishes throughout.
Four large bedrooms with walk in and build ins, 3 bathrooms with a spa bath, 3 living areas with two TVs.
Water views from the upstairs and downstairs and beautiful sea breezes all year, a saltwater pool drenched in sunlight and outdoor eating with barbeque so you can watch the kids in the pool.
A generous home with so many areas for the whole family or extended family to enjoy yet still bright sunny and open plan.
Downstairs you will find a combined lounge and dining area leading out through big glass sliding doors, to an extremely private front yard with fire pit area. Not only are you higher than the street you are also completely surrounded by perfectly manicured thick hedging.
Still on the ground floor you will find a large well stocked kitchen with loads of bench space, another dining table with very comfortable seating for 8 and the biggest of the three living areas. this living area has a very cosy 5 seater lounge and queen sofa bed. All three of these areas look out to the patio area and pool. Just off the main living area is the downstairs bedroom and conveniently located is a small bathroom and a full laundry.
Upstairs is another living space with a 3 seater lounge and ottoman that converts to a single bed, and TV, study desk & chair and 3 nicely sized bedrooms, the main has a queen bed, a walk in robe, an ensuite and a ceiling fan, you also have a deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee looking at the water and listening to the birds sing.
The house comes with Wi Fi, air con, a sparkling salt water pool and is so close to the beach and shops.
