It features a fully stocked eat-in kitchen with an open concept living room. The living area is furnished with a pull out sleep sofa for guests (linens provided upon request) as well as a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Private bedroom hosts a queen-sized bed and A/C for comfort. Rinse off after a long day at the beach in outdoor shower. Under 10 minutes to Scarborough and Narragansett Beach!
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee.
