Additional features include a five foot high completely fenced-in back yard (well-behaved pets considered with owner's prior permission), many decks (front, back, top), off-street parking for four cars, laundry facilities, 50' Smart LCD HDTV, surround sound and Bose wireless speaker for your iPod/Phone, wireless internet service, Weber gas grill, and an outside hot/cold shower.
