Rolling tides, breathtaking views and memories to last a lifetime await you at this
traditional 2B/2Ba Eastham coastal cottage. Perfectly located atop a bluff on
Nauset Light Beach the sweeping ocean views dominate the scenery.
Situated on one floor, this home has a newly redesigned kitchen with wall to wall
ocean vistas, a new bar, every type of cookware, expanded storage and an open
concept first floor that ties the kitchen, dining room, sitting area and living room
together like never before. The huge wrap around porch is also a living space all
on its own.

The 1 st bedroom has a queen-sized bed with views of the Atlantic and a perpetual
seaside breeze. In window AC. as well.
The 2 nd bedroom has a pyramid bed with a single over a double. The waves too
can be heard at night along with the breeze. In window AC.
Also on the first floor is a full bath with glass shower and new renovations along
with the landing to the basement.
A queen-sized futon is available in the finished down stairs for additional sleeping
options. A full bath, washer/dryer and dehumidifier are also located on this floor.
Lots of puzzles, tons of games and Donkey Kong cocktail table console and vintage
“Quick Draw” pinball machine, not to mention all the books you may need.
Although this vintage cottage does not have direct beach access, Nauset Light
House and Nauset Beach are only 0.6 miles away. A ten minute or so walk down a
quiet dirt road. Spend your days at the beach
then wander back for an outside shower, lawn games, cocktails on the terrace,
barbeque, dinner on the deck seats 8, tiki torches, bonfire and the sounds of the
surf and the beacon from Nauset Light.

In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $295 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
